    We were referred to Turner Mangum Real Estate by our builder, and it was a great experience from beginning to the end. We were in a contingency deal and were required to sell our house asap. We were assigned Caleb Mangum as our agent during this deal. Caleb was nothing short of phenomenal. From the very first meeting, which came late in the evening at our request, Caleb was swift and assuring. He sat down with us that evening and gave us REALISTIC expectations on the sell of our home. He was very upfront about these expectations but exceptionally personal throughout the entire experience. Throughout our very haste journey to sell our home, any time we had a question, Caleb was always responsive immediately. We never had any delays or issues and we could always count on his promptness. Sure enough, after our very short and quick time on the market, we received an offer for the amount that Caleb posted our sale for. Caleb was great and very smooth during the deal on our home and made everything very easy for us as we sat back and let the process unfold. Closing was quick and easy with Caleb at our side. We then had the pleasure of working with Hanah Mirza on the close of our home with the buyer. Hanah was very helpful and also kept in touch quite often to make sure we did not need anything during the home buying process. She was very informative and very helpful during our closing. Overall, this was an amazing and seemingly easy process and we were very lucky to have had the pleasure of this referral from our home builder.     If you are looking to sell or buy a home, this is your dream team. My husband and I just recently bought a new home but also needed to sell our previous one. Caleb and his team worked so hard on our behalf and were very transparent on expectations which we thought was very important and crucial in looking for a team to represent you in a process so unpredictable. So, if you’ve been looking for representation look no further. We have gone through this process 3 times previously and felt our realtor did not push and represent us well, however, that was not the case with this company.

    My brother and I are new home buyers and were referred to Turner Mangum by our builder. We worked with Hanah for our purchase and she was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for anything we had questions about during the while process and left no question unanswered, no matter how simple or repetitive it was.     Selling a house is stressful and really need patience . But with Caleb and his team made it easier for us and stress free. Caleb met with us August 2023 gave us pointers about our house . We started fixing our house like new roof painting etc etc( as advised from Caleb ) . Moved to the new house last week of November . . Caleb asking us for updates on when can they put our house on the market.Finally we met January 3 and their team went into action ( taking pictures , video etcetc .put the house on the market January 11,2024 at 1300. That night received an email from Vanessa at 1900 that there was an offer already . Talked to Caleb next day he told me that the buyer was impressed by the presentation of our house and our roof is new. ( Calebs suggestion ) . And after that everything went smoothly . Caleb and Vanessa always gave us updates thru emails text or calls . And when we have questions or concerns they always answer our questions right away . Our house was sold( Feb 15 - closing date ) with Gods grace and on how our house was presented to the market by their team . They are professional polite and knowledgeable.     Carolyn Cooley was our relator and was awesome from the beginning. Due to our circumstances being out of town we knew our time was limited and she did everything in her power to make sure that we had a great experience and found the perfect home to purchase in just one day.
