Brian Carter is one of best realtors in the business hands down!! When we began the process of finding our dream home my husband was overseas and due to be home in two weeks . Then he got delayed overseas even longer and Mr. Carter just stepped up, worked with me here and kept daily communication with my husband!! In the end, we sold our existing home and bought our dream seamlessly and had so much fun 🤩 all at the same time!!We were so blessed to have Brian Carter represent us!! We are forever grateful 😊 -

I can’t thank Vann enough for her incredible help during my rental search! I was entirely stressed out as I needed to find a rental house in a very short time, and I honestly can’t imagine what it would have been like without her support. She checked in with me every day and was always available, sometimes talking with me until midnight to make sure everything was on track. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Next time I need a realtor, I will definitely ask Vann to be my agent again. Five stars! -

Vann really went above and beyond to help us find a place. She was very detailed and knowledgeable. Vann viewed every listing we sent her and commented pros and cons fromwhat she saw. She then planned the routes to go from listing to listing, which made decision-making much simpler. During the viewings, she was able to point out flaws at properties that I personally would have missed. Her communication was excellent. It felt like I was always informed during the entire process. Best experience with a realtor Ive ever worked with! -

Vann was super helpful in our search for rentals. She was able to find issues in townhouses that we completely over looked and definitely saved us from making the wrong decision. She knew when rentals were overpriced based on the areas we were looking and made every effort to make sure we were paying a fair price for our lease. 100% recommend working with her if you need any assistance. -

Best realtor team, in Houston Area to work with. We got our house closed with Carter Group. The entire team including Allison, Giovanni and specially Brian Carter, helped us with our home purchase experience.For the record: We were living in Michigan and I travelled to houston to look for properties for like 4 days. On day one, I found them on Facebook(no refereralls or nothing) and quickly this team jumped in and started helping me. On my day 3, I was able to sign up with them and bid for property. Never looked back after that.Once we left back to Michigan, they continued to navigate us through the listings, find the ones we were interested in, show them online, bid on them and etc.We were able to finally find our dream home in 2 months and get it.Allison- Amazing woman who quickly understood our needs and spent time and energy sharing list of properties that match our criteria. She’s very super friendly and helpful. Once you describe her what you need, she will quickly turn around with the available properties and continues to do so, consistently. Thats the key!Giovanni- Who used to drive to those houses and show me through video calls. His patience is way par and he really took time to show me and walkthrough the property. All the nitty gritty details were shown and explained.Brian Carter- My friend!! He is the showman :) He understood our requirements, our limitations of being remotely located in Michigan. And yet, ensured we were constantly in touch. Be it 6:AM in the morning or 11:00 PM at night to answer any concerns, we had right from bid to closure. He is super friendly, works really hard(and ofcourse smart- to get you a best deal possible)He also has good references with lenders that give you pretty competitive rates.Overall, This is the team that you can count on, for your home buying experience.
