Jennifer was amazing to work with. Very responsive and on top of all of the details. With her knowledge of the market, and her negotiation skills, we were able to lock in the property (that had multiple offers) and the sellers agreed to everything we wanted. Her genuine care and support throughout the process was truly appreciated. We will definitely work with her again and cant wait to be able to recommend her to our friends and family that are looking to buy or sell their home.

Jennifer is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!!! Our vision was to sell our home and move to a different city. Jennifer was instrumental in assisting us and being ever-present during this entire process. From her initially showing us existing homes to finally deciding on a custom builder, she has been with us every step of the way! Jennifers been present through all of our important meetings with the Builder, attending walk-throughs when she lives over an hour away, and always being available for a quick chat, text, or talking things through when necessary. Jennifer was our go-to gal for our first home purchase. She deserves a 6 out of 5 stars for answering all of our crazy questions because we had no idea what we were doing. She is so patient, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and professional. She made the very stressful home buying process a breeze for us! Even though we were very new to home buying, we walked away feeling so secure about our final purchase because Jennifer really knows her stuff and does her homework so we knew all the pros & cons of the property we purchased. She is also very well connected in the DFW area so all of her recommended partners (loan, inspection, contractors) have been amazing and so easy to work with. Not only is Jennifer one of the best realtors we had the privilege of having for buying our house, but now we she is one of our friends as well. Jennifer went above and beyond her realtor duties and researched what the city had planned for one of the roads near our neighborhood. Since we were planning on building the house closest to said road, she discovered that in the future they were planning to develop that road into a 4 lane busy road. After finding out this information, we immediately changed the lot of where we were building. She always asked all the right questions and definitely was thinking of things we had even considered but definitely benefitted from knowing. I cant recommend Jennifer enough. You will definitely benefit from having her as your realtor as she never slacks and is always on point for all aspects of buying or selling a home!
