Trinity Group Realty made sure I got top dollar for my home which sold in a month. Adrian Villalta was my realtor and worked 24/7 for me and made sure I was involved/included/Aware while this house was under contract. He went above and beyond and is new to the house selling and buying business but you can tell he is a natural and will have a phenomenal career with Trinity Group. My only complaints if any were when closing the Coffee machine wasn’t working but other than that Trinity Group realty is your go to for house selling or purchasing. Highly recommend Adrian to get the job done 10 stars if I could.

Chris and Katy helped us purchase our first investment property and the process went so smoothly! Weve bought a handful of houses in the past but this was our first investment deal so I wasnt completely sure about how things worked. They walked me through every step and made sure we got the best deal. Chris came to the walk throughs to make sure we didnt miss anything and also handled most of the communication with the builders sales agent so there was no stress on me! Definitely recommend!!
