    Tricia Turner and her team are a TOP NOTCH group of professional realtor partners. They are just that, they partner with you as a buyer or a seller and guide you along the way. Tricia found our dream home for us in Richmond, TX and then 5 years later she sold it for us in unbelievable record time when we moved back home to Arizona. I would whole heartedly recommend her to any friend, family member or acquaintance. The team is professional and aggressive and yet caring and compassionate in what can be a very stressful time. In our latest move, Tricia worked some last minute miracles for us just moments before a medical procedure. Her sacrifice and loving support is so appreciated and never to be forgotten!     I was so fortunate to be represented by Emily Gustafson for a lovely 1940s home available for rent to be used as an artists quarters and studio. Being an older rural home, there were several concerns and items that needed addressing before I would consider signing a contract. It was with an incredibly positive attitude, exceptional communication and serious conviction she mediated and expedited all my conditions and prerequisites until fulfilled.     My wife and I had the pleasure of Tricia Turners service, when we purchased our home. I have never been through that process before, but feel confident that we were not easy clients. Our budget was low and we had very high expectations. Tricia patiently selected and showed us countless houses. So many were not to our liking. Finally, we found a great house in our budget. Our offer was accepted, it passed inspection. We were very excited. Bam! Bad news. H.O.A. had a lien on the house that we could not overturn. Back to square one. In true Tricia fashion, she remained confident and excited to find our home. Such a wonderful, fun, competent mentor and realtor. I will cut to the chase now.     Tricia helped my wife and I find and buy our first house. We had previously lived in apartments in Sugar land, but were living in Louisiana at the time and she helped us find an area that was within our budget and had great schools for our growing family. We only had one week to shop around and she committed all of her time to us for that week (we scheduled in advance) and always stayed positive even though I know we were difficult and picky (as you must be when making such a large investment). We have recommended Tricia to friends and she will be the first person that we call if we decide to move again in the future.
