Trey is an amazing realtor specializing on Lake LBJ! He helped us find our dream lake home. Trey lives on the lake so hes extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate activity. Our primary home is in Colorado so it was important to have someone who understands the local market. He makes time for his clients and is extremely responsive when questions arise. He even walked through the house with a FaceTime video so we could feel like we were there. Even after closing the deal, he keeps in touch. Trey Wood is your go to guy for any real estate transaction on or near Lake LBJ. He lives on the water, knows the market and gets deals done. His relationships in the area permitted us to make an offer on a property before it was listed for sale. Trey and his team did all of the heavy lifting and made buying our lake home easy. There are many agents to choose from but few that know the area and sell the volume that Trey does. Next time you are in the market for a home in the area be sure to call Trey first!

We were so lucky to meet Trey. The market around Lake LBJ is a bit complicated...not at all like buying in your typical city suburb. We leaned on Trey a lot for his local knowledge and guidance. It took us several months and many quick trips in town to find the one. Trey was always willing to give us the time and attention we needed to help us with our search. One weekend he even left a family event to show us house! He is courteous, professional, and a genuinely nice guy. I would strongly recommend him for any buyers or sellers in the area.
