Tracy was incredibly helpful during the process of selling 2 of our homes. When we listed the first for sale by owner, Tracy approached us with the opportunity to work with her. Based on her knowledge, kindness, and experience, we decided to work with Tracy. She sold the first home within a couple months. We were happy with the first result, so we decided Tracy would be our agent to represent our rental property. Tracy went above and beyond here! The tenants we had were challenging to work with and given that I was moving cities, she helped us with sprinkler repairs and other items that needed repairs while I was gone. It was no easy feat and our tenants almost killed the deal for everyone. Tracy navigated a challenging situation VERY well and we got the property sold.I am so grateful for my experience with Tracy and would recommend her without any reservation! -

WOW! This review is long overdue. Tracy and her team are the most AMAZING group to work with. Tracy will go above and beyond to give you the white glove treatment. We decided to sell our home in 2021 and within 3 weeks The Halverson Group had our home staged beautifully, hosted a successful open house and the home sold. We are now using Tracy to find our next forever home. I cant express enough how amazing Tracy is - she doesnt just care about making a sell. She truly cares about her clients and turns them into life long friends because of her simple goodness. She is knowledgeable about the market, the school districts, and is always available.
