I’ve known Tracy for years, but this is the first time I’ve used her real estate expertise for selling a home. Tracy was very knowledgeable of the New Braunfels market and did a wonderful job. She helped me time the listing of my home so it would coordinate with the timing of a new home I was building. She had professional photos taken and was building a website for the listing. Before submitting the listing to the MLS, Tracy showed my home to an interested buyer who ultimately purchased the home so the MLS listing wasnt needed. This made the home selling process even easier because I avoided all of the headaches that come with showing appointments. I am very happy with Tracys real estate services, and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the San Antonio and surrounding areas.
