Had the best buying experience working with Preeti B from the Torelli group. We were looking to visit Dallas from Nebraska for a week and shared with her the requirements in advance. She cleared out her calendar for the entire week and took us around various suburbs in the DFW region. She not only us close on a contract within that week (which is a big win), but also acted as a consultant to discuss and assuage our doubts on builders, timing, quality, lenders, equity building, schools and so much more.We signed the contract and went back to Nebraska and she took complete ownership between then and the actual closing while we were away i.e. helping with the walkthroughs, inspections, contract process, mortgage process etc. to make sure everything was top notch and complete by closing day.My wife and I are extremely pleased to not just have this amazing experience, but to also make a new friend in a new city.
