Paula and Sherri are amazing! As first time home buyers I have to say these girls went out of their way to help us and encourage us in every step of the way. They made the home searching and buying experience so smooth and provided so much knowledge, text or call no matter the time they would answer and always kept a positive and encouraging attitude, we feel so blessed to have worked with Sherri and Paula, such smart, professional, passionate and caring individuals! Over the last couple of years, our family has both sold and bought homes through the Top Texas Realty team. They have proven to be very professional and hard working as they helped us reach our housing goals. Our realtor, Debra Lyons-Costa, was friendly, responsible, and communicated very well. She worked hard to negotiate the best price possible, and made sure to keep us informed and updated throughout the entire process. She was always on time for our meetings, and was very respectful to us, the sellers, the buyers, and the other real estate agents. The Top Texas Realty team made our experiences pleasant and we truly appreciate all of their hard work to help us maneuver through the process quickly. They were very courteous, and have made sure to follow up with us, even months after closing on our house. First let me say that I don’t do too many reviews, typically only when something is very bad or very good. In this case it’s very good.I am recently retired and converting some of my retirement savings into rental real estate. Top Texas Realty has been helping me since mid-2017. In that time they helped me purchase three houses in Alvarado and one in Burleson. They also helped me find tenants for each of the houses. Tracy Layton is my realtor with Top Texas, and she could not be more proactive finding me good opportunities, running comps to estimate current fair market values, and advising me on what offer (or back-up offer) to make on a house I wanted to buy. Tracys advice sometimes seamed prophetic. On two of my purchases, she recommended an offer that she believed was a competitive. She said even if my offer was rejected that we might still have a chance since contracts often fall through due to financing or an inability to negotiate needed repairs. Sure enough, she was right! Tracy suggested that I lower my re-offer believing the seller would be more motivated. Again, she was right, and I ended up buying the house for less that I originally offered. The best thing that I can say about Tracy is that she unquestionably put my interests above her own, because a higher purchase price would have put more money in HER pocket.Candidly, I have not used any of the big Brokerage firms, and why should I when I get great service from a smaller local brokerage firm that offers outstanding service. -

Been using Top Texas Realty for years. My Agent Deborah Lyons Costa, has helped me on multiple occasions with the buying and selling process. Im in the business of flipping houses and have never had any issues with reaching my goals. Awsome experience!!!! Stephanie Lyon worked her butt off for us to get the perfect home! The process was flawless from option to closing, even with the bumps in the road she made it seem like we had luxury suspension. She was also super personable and relatable and very attentive to our needs when necessary. I highly recommend Stephanie for anyone looking to buy or sell a home if you would like it to be an enjoyable process! -

Paula and Sherri are a wonderful team and I couldnt ask for better! They treat you like family. No question is too much for them and they always get to the bottom of things and are always ready to help! I would use them again in an instant and would refer them to anyone. They truly love what they do and it shows in their work! They go above and beyond! I cannot say enough wonderful things about these ladies! They always make you feel comfortable and plus they are magic at what they do, our house sold before hitting the market. USE THESE WONDERFUL LADIES, THEY ROCK!!!!!!!! -

Sherri Avanzini and Paula Maass ROCK! They stuck with me for over a year trying to find a place for my son and I to live and never gave up. Their advise was always timely and invaluable. I wouldnt be where I am today with out them. I may not have been their most difficult client, but Im sure I was a challenge. Their communication was awesome and I was never in any doubt that they werent in my corner, working as hard as they could for me. It made me feel like I was their only client.Cheryl Cabanski went to bat for me as well on several occasions when the seller was being difficult. I couldnt and wouldnt ask for a better team of ladies! I consider them much more than just agents, I consider them friends and that goes along way in my book.I cant say enough good about them all. I will, (and have) refer them to anyone who asks about the best real estate people I know. Ill even refer them to people who dont ask! ;-)If you need to find a home, or sell one, call these ladies. You wont be disappointed! -

I would say to anyone looking for realtors Top Texas Realty is we’re you will look no more. Paula and Sherrie went above and behind for us. I would message them about a house and they would quickly schedule the showing of the house and be punctual about it. They would look for the pro and cons for us and help us make the decision that would suite our family. We could have not done it without them! Miss you guys we saw each other almost everyday lol Can’t wait to see y’all again! -
