Michelle Wylie has been a fantastic real estate broker to work with. She was incredibly communicative throughout the course of us buying our new home (and listing our current one for lease), and helped us navigate the complexities of the buying process with helpful guidance along each step of the way. Even during the holidays and her own personal conflicts, she responded promptly and always made sure we had our questions answered. Michelle is also just incredibly knowledgable about all things home owning - she has an extensive network of resources from engineers to repair work to house cleaners, and only suggested extra things along the way (like an HVAC inspection) that she knew would save us down the line. Highly recommend Michelle / Top Hat for your real estate needs!!

Mark Selby is an excellent realtor! With his degree from Texas A&M in Building Construction, he acted like more of an inspector than a salesman. --And that was exactly what we needed! He pointed out flaws we never saw and appreciated quality we would have never noticed. Mark never, ever pushed us to buy, but told us more than once, You dont want this house. Time and again, through his words, his actions, and his patience, Mark showed that he was looking out for us and our best interests!
