But more than that, from his experience, he was able to spot things laypersons wouldnt be familiar with, and he was able to intuit the value of the property versus the price. I am a naturally cautious and particular person, but thanks to him, I now feel extremely confident in my purchase.3. HES GOT THE RIGHT STUFF: He negotiated with the seller on my behalf, and I purchased my home with every request satisfied: Seller took care of all closing costs, made all requested repairs, paid for home warranty, and even took some off the listed price. I highly recommend Kari if your are in need of a realtor! I havent bought a home in 20 years and I was in a very tough situation with my daughters needing a safe home for us. Kari quickly understood and listened to our requests and preferences. I was amazed at how she could pick up on what we wanted and needed and show us those houses. She did not waste our time or wear us down looking at houses that werent a good match. Once we found our house, she worked quickly and nonstop making the purchase. She was available at all times to answer any and all our questions (weekends, holidays, late at night-even when she was on her vacation!). And, she always answered right away or was returning my call before I could finish my message. Even after everything was done and we moved in, Kari has been great at recommending people to help me manage the house (we are new to Abilene and Kari has been here and knows everyone to call). Through the whole process, Kari was always happy and smiling. She was never tired or sounded put out working with us. Kari and the Tonya Harbin team are the ultimate in customer service! Again, I would highly recommend Kari for anyone buying a house!

Kylie Miller is the best! She was so patient with us. We took a while to find the right house and even thought we might just need to take a break from looking. Beth Worrell, of the Tonya Harbin folks, has been a great, and very patient, agent. She facilitated the purchase of our new home here in Abilene and was a delight to work with. She explained everything as we went along and she made the purchase go very smoothly. But even more, she has shown quite a few Abilene-area homes to our son, which has been no easy task for her since he is constantly shifting his ideas about the kind of home he is looking for. As I said, she has been patient with him and with us too. In short, I would recommend Beth to anyone looking for a home.

Great experience. Beth Worrell is the best. Very patient with us since we had high demands and we were very picky as to what we were looking for in a house. She would show us properties at a phone calls notice and we saw several or more then several. Always sending us properties to look and seeing if we want to visit them. Even though we were out of town buyers she managed to make it work and in the sellers market it is now Beth is the one you need. We would use her and the Tanya Harbin team again in a heartbeat. Jenny and Kaitlyn deserve MORE than 5 stars. We just went through one of the worst home buying experiences we’ve ever had, but these ladies were incredible! The sellers terminated the contract on us last minute and we were left completely homeless. These ladies helped us find several other home options for us within just a few hours and we were under contract on a new house in about 72 hours. This experience could have been a lot worse, but Jenny and Kaitlyn had our back and worked their tails off for us. If you ever need a realtor, then look no further!
