Tonia is the BEST in her field! I found her while looking for a house 16 years ago. She was patient every Saturday. She said “I know you will buy a house so let’s make sure it’s the right one”. Like I said, it’s been 16 years and we have always kept in touch. We are on Facebook together and it has been such a pleasure to watch her children grow into handsome young men. Tonia has been instrumental in the development of my rental portfolio. We worked on related parameters and she researched the target markets and effectively coordinated with my general contractor and foundation companies to inspect as well as estimate work needed before offers were submitted. She has extensive resources in the industry and maintains an excellent balance of aggression and compassion. We work well together and more importantly, I trust her. Real estate agents are not always committed to the right deal as much they are closing any deal. Tonia is careful to make sure the deal works for the parties involved. I appreciate her and continue to rely on her expertise to manage aspects of the portfolio as well as look for opportunities to expand it as well.

Tonia was an absolute godsend… She is acutely aware of the daily changes in the market and identifies the appropriate listing. Tonia will go well above and beyond any reasonable expectations to ensure no step or action is delayed. In all honesty, if I would have chosen anyone else to support the extremely difficult situation I was in, I am fully convinced my house would still be on the market. The fee associated with the house sell was a very small percentage compared to what I received in return due to her assistance. If anyone else had represented me… I’m quite certain I would have received less net profit overall. Tonia, thank you, thank you, thank you!
