Toni is the BEST! I highly recommend her. She helped us sell our previous home so that we could purchase our dream home. She is patient and knowledgable. Toni took the time to explain the processes and kept us informed of next steps. When it came time for our best friend to buy his home, we contacted Toni and there was no hesitation. We are absolutely certain we would not have gotten our dream home without Toni. She worked tirelessly to get our old house sold & our new home purchased. So many twists & turns thanks to an unscrupulous FSBO seller, but Toni navigated the deal to perfection (& managed my anxiety just as well!). Her professionalism, enthusiasm and determination were key to the successful sale of our home for over asking price. Once you find the house, she stays with you and answers any questions that you have and helps take care of all of the contractual needs.
