Toni has helped us with the sale of one house, the purchase and later the sale of 2 acres, and the purchase of our new home. She also helped our daughter and her husband in the purchase of their new home.Selling and buying can sometimes have tense and troublesome moments but Toni has always been attentive and caring, helping us to move through issues along the way. Toni did an amazing job helping my wife and I find and purchase our house. She was incredibly helpful working with us remotely through video tours of the house. She treated it as if she was the buyer and looked out for the little things; advocating for the seller to fix as much as possible and make concessions. Being states away I appreciated her detailed videos which it gave me peace of mind that I wouldn’t find anything wrong upon move in. I can’t recommend her enough.
