Tommye is fantastic! She helped us find the perfect home for our family. She offered her expertise when needed, and listened to our concerns when we had them. She carefully explained all of the paperwork and made sure we knew exactly what we were signing. Most of all, she has relationships with a number of people in the industry and because of that, we benefitted greatly with a fantastic lender and title company. I had the pleasure of working with Tommye a few times with buying and selling my home. I have used other agents in the past but Tommye really sets the bar high and I am happy I made the decision to utilize her again. She made sure I understand the process and kept me informed every step. She took the time to explain things in detail, so that there were not surprises later. She always is able to answer questions and provide recommendation for service providers. She uses social media to market the property and attract attention to it.She is truly with you the entire journey and doesnt just stop at finding a home or a buyer. If I was to move back to Texas I would use Tommye again. She truly cares for her clients and ensuring your satisfied before and even after the deal is done. She brings a rareness of commitment that I did not experience with previous realtors.

Tommye was absolutely amazing to work with! She took so much time to explain the entire buying process step by step and answer any questions that we had. She helped us look for homes for weeks before spending two full days from her weekend to tour them for us. She provided “home search survival kits” for us to get through the many tours which was so helpful and thoughtful. Tommye gave such great insights and advice throughout the whole process. We were glad to have an experienced and well connected real estate professional to guide us through the process. We love our home!UPDATE: Tommye did a fantastic job selling our home! We ran in to a few unforeseen challenges after accepting an offer but Tommyes connections allowed us to get them addressed ASAP, correctly, and we did not miss a beat. She helped ensure everyone was informed the entire time and that was huge in making a potentially big problem just a minor blip. We never had to worry that something would fall through the cracks and she made the entire process so easy which we highly appreciated as we had already moved out of state and were 7 months pregnant at the time. Tommye is truly the best in the business!! Not only is she knowledgeable, professional and helpful she is also a beast when she needs to be on behalf of her clients! My husband knew from day one that she was for us! Our house was on the market for so long (because of its location) and she never gave up on us or our dream to move no matter how intense and hard and frustrating it got. She reassured us every step of the way and helped us come up with a plan b, c and a plan d! She doesnt believe in giving up. Buying and or selling a home can be one of the most stressful things ever and you wont regret having her in your corner durning that process no matter if it turns out to be painless or brutal.
