Tom assisted us in buying our first home 14 years ago and now he helped us sell our home! As a buyer agent he was extremely patient and showed us a ton of houses until we found the right one. As a seller agent he managed everything for us and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. We lived out of town during the sale & he was able to handle everything without us having to be there. The entire process was smooth and hassle free. Highly recommend!! Very friendly, great communication and knowledgeable in the market.

Highly recommend Tom Torres for your real estate needs. His vast knowledge and willingness to be open and honest about your options truly set him apart. After running a CMA for us, we saw the possibility of selling and walking away with a profit but at the same time we would have been paying more on a new home to due to the current market. Even knowing that he would profit on the us selling and buying, we discussed what our best option would be and that was to hold off. In addition, we discussed possible invest properties and we ran numbers and estimates together to be sure it would likely end in a profitable scenario. His professionalism is superb and we look forward to working with him one day!
