Tom is an awesome real estate agent! I had the misfortune of hiring two other agents before I contacted him. After firing two agents and interviewing about six others, it finally hit me upside the head that I knew Tom from the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, had known him for years and always thought very highly of him.Long story short after all of that I met with Tom hired him and he got my house on the market at the exact time we had agreed upon. Second day on the market, we had a full price offer. This was May of 2023. If you really wanna sell your house, call Tom Catlin! If I ever come back to Texas I’ll definitely call Tom.

Anxiety and trepidation can cause concerns for first-time home buyers, but he gave Tom his criteria, and Tom took it from there. Providing advice and suggestions, Tom helped him find an amazing home. Guiding the process and going beyond what I could have expected, Tom provided the knowledge and professional service that only the best in the industry possess making this a truly enjoyable and stress-free process. I have had the pleasure of knowing Tom for about 8 years. We met at Heroes Night Out Resource Center in Cedar Park. My first encounter with him of course was full of jokes and laughter! But all jokes aside. Tom is a very humble, kind, caring man. He gives and serves in his community so passionately! One of the volunteer services Tom does for Heroes Night Out is being the Emcee at their Annual Heroes Appreciation BBQ! Every year for the past 8 years or more he has graciously volunteered to welcome and speak encouraging words to our Heroes at this wonderful event which has attendance of 1,000 or more!
