Tolechia was very professional and worked with me for several months to find the home I wanted. She listened to my concerns and always asked my opinion about the many properties we viewed. My busy work schedule sometimes posed a problem when it came to scheduling appointments to look at properties, but she was always patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends. She is a great Realtor.

There’s no way we could have found the right home without Tolechia! Home searching is a huge maze and she definitely guided us through. Anytime my husband or I had any questions, Tolechia was there to answer and help us learn more and more along the way. Years ago I embarked on a business relationship with Tolechia. We just sold the house she helped me find and buy 6 years ago. There are a few things that set her aside from her peers. She’s obviously gorgeous. However, that beauty runs deeper than the outer. Tolechia is always professional, pleasant, and positive. She has the patience of Job. When I’m ready to give up and worried. She steps in and makes it make sense. I like that she shoots from the hip and does not sugar coat NE THING! If you think your house is worth $500K, and she knows differently. She won’t bust your bubble and say, “that house ain’t worth that.” She’s going to show you what the market looks like around you and what houses similar to yours are selling for. Which is much easier to swallow than the other. Maybe that’s what all realtors are doing but it’s her delivery. I feel like an educated consumer with her. Unknowingly, she does a great deal of teaching. Giving you tools to make an informed decision. After becoming a client, every blue moon you may get an email for a client’s appreciation gathering or what the market is saying about the value of your house. I appreciated that because it fostered a business relationship and kept her name in my head.I absolutely recommend Tolechia Lane for all your realty needs!

I spoke with Tolechia back in October of 2022 telling her my plans of buying a home. She gave me instructions on what to do and I got to work. The time came for me to start the home buying process and I received a follow up call from Tolechia about my plans. I appreciate a person who listens and I couldn’t believe it had been months and she remembered me. That made all the difference. She was our guide through the entire process even double checking the other parties work ensuring we got the best deals all around. Tolechia was timely and professional. I didn’t have an experience with any other realtor and there is no need. She is the best! I’m going to stick with her! You can’t go wrong.

If youre looking for a real estate agent that will go out there way to find EXACTLY what you want in a house without cutting corners, with true honest opinions to help you make the right choice, call Tolechia Lane asap. We needed to find a house faster than most home buyers and she was dedicated each day to find us one. She literally drove 45 mins to our location every other day with at least 2-3 houses each showing, sometimes more until we landed the houses that was right for us. We were first time buyers and she was thorough on everything we needed to know for now and future buying decisions and very transparent on any actions she was going to make with us being there. Tolechia didnt have the vibe of your ordinary real estate agent, she worked with us as if we were family and we are very thankful for her.
