Overall, he was able to keep the deal on track, add lots of value by coordinating many moving parts to help us close on time and help us get the perfect home to grow in.

I cant recommend the Todd Tramonte team highly enough. John Kanicka (selling side) and Grady Dill (buying side) were both wonderful to work with.On the selling side, John was absolutely great! From getting a pre-inspection (provided to prospective buyers to offer them peace of mind before shelling out earnest money and for their own inspection), beautifully staging our home, gorgeous professional photos of our home (allowing us to put our best foot forward in online listings), and aggressively advertising our home, John was great. We had a couple dozen showings and a full asking offer within 7 days of listing. After accepting the offer our buyers had some expensive and unreasonable requests after their inspection. John handled it beautifully. Not only did we not lose our buyer, but it cost us nearly nothing to come to a resolution. From start to finish it took roughly 35 days from listing to money in the bank.On the selling side, Grady really went to bat for us. We offered on our current house in mid May and closed in late June. As you know North Texas experienced extremely strong storms in late May 24, and our would-be home experienced significant damage in those storms after an accepted offer/earnest money payment but before closing. If youre experienced at all in buying real estate, then you know this is a collosal problem. Grady helped us navigate this complicated situation. Not only did he get us to the closing table on time, but he used the situation to save us thousands of dollars after renegotiating our deal after the storms.My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the TT Team from start to finish. I encourage you to reach out and have them meet with you in your home.

Moving from California to Texas not knowing the area was overwhelming, let alone we also had to sell a house and be in Texas for my husbands new job, plus I was 7 months pregnant. The Todd Tramonte team did a great job selling our rental property. Overall, we were pretty happy with our experience. We were able to net close to what we believe we need to set us on track for purchasing a home. They are very knowledgeable and attempt to alleviate all the stress that comes with selling a property. We were dealing with a very unethical property management company and the PM who was also a realtor showed no integrity. The property management company let our property sit on the market for 14 days with no viable offers. In Spite of that, within THREE days of listing our property with the Todd Tramonte team, we had an all cash offer which we accepted. Jeremy was so resourceful and offered to assist us wherever he was able. They were very understanding and insightful. I wish we were able to use them to purchase a home in Sherman, TX. Unfortunately, Sherman isn’t an area that they cover or we would certainly use them. If you are hesitant in using them to sell or purchase, don’t be. They are very upfront and honest. We enjoyed working with them.

Mari Arstein is an amazing realtor. My husband and I were buying a new build and didn’t think we needed a realtor. We were so wrong. Mari explained how she could help us and she outdid herself. His marketing plan was thorough and so well thought out. We had some high goals, but he smashed right through them.
