    We occupied a TJM Realty rental house for about 18 months. This was our first rental in over fifty years. This experience couldn’t have been better. We didn’t have any problems, none. The maintenance was always scheduled and there were no issues. We recommend TJM Realty to anyone needing a rental residence.

    I am a General Contractor in n Marble Falls and I had the pleasure of working with the TJM staff on multiple large projects. The projects were massive logistical movements with heavy construction materials, equipment and disposal coming in and out of high traffic residential areas. Needless to say communication and teamwork on all levels was paramount tonthe success of our projects. Our administrative teams worked flawlessly together which resulted in several premium lifetime roofing systems being installed to benefited the residents of these apartments complexes. TJM spared no expense at the repairs and implemented all of our resolutions to several problems. There is nothing more important than a good Roof over your head. TJM performed major renovations to several properties. I highly recommend these facilities.

    After 10 years experience with TJM Realty Group handling our rental properties in the Marble Falls Texas area, I can say that we were pleased in the beginning and we remain pleased with their services. I especially like their fast turnaround time for finding new renters and meeting the communication and needs of renters and owners. They have a skilled group of workmen to fix or replace owner supplied items and routine maintenance at lower group rates. Their accounting system reports have pleased our CPA during tax season. Their front office staff are very friendly and competent. Last but not least, they know how to correctly handle the occasional difficult renter. Bottom line is they are the A team in this area.

    My daughter who is in the medical field rented a condo from TJM Realty Group, the entire experience was great. Melissa went above and beyond whenever we needed anything. If you are moving into the area definitely give them a call and let them help you find your new home❤️

    Excellent response time! When a water pipe broke in my house, I had to shut the water off. They sent a plumber to fix it (on a Sunday!!), and my water was back on by the evening! I certainly appreciated it!

    We have rented through TJM Realty for the past 5 years, Our first apartment my fiance and I had together & it couldn’t have been a greater experience! Aide and Melissa are such great individuals , always helpful/friendly and professional! When we needed anything done or had lots of questions they did not hesitate to answer or take long to respond at all. We highly recommend if you are looking to rent any properties! Let them be one of your first choices!

    It has been an awesome experience with Melissa and the staff at TJM the past 3 years that we have rented from them.. Very professional and friendly to work with. We so appreciate the quick response to our situation and the replacing of the the line to be able to have water turned back on EXCELLANT professionalism!

    TJM Realty has been really great! My family especially appreciates Melissa for going above & beyond to help resolve a plumbing situation my parents were experiencing in their rental home. She made sure it was addressed & resolved very promptly. The staff is always very friendly & always willing to help.

    TJM is an excellent group of people to work with - nice people and very professional. We rented a house through them for over 2 years and it was a fantastic experience! They were always very responsive any time we had a question. All the information is presented up front and clearly. We had a couple of minor issues as can happen in a home that’s a few years old & they took care of things SO quickly! We couldn’t be more happy with TJM!

    Sometime in May ,we learned about one of the Cottages in Marble Falls was about to be available.My husband and I called TJM Realty. Ithea set up a time and day for us to go and view.She was very prompt in meeting us there and was great about answering our questions!When we decided to pursue, both agents were very kind , considerate, and continue to answer any, and all questions. We found the cottage very clean and smelled fresh upon entering!Since moving in, there have been a couple of issues that were recognized and promptly taking care of.Many thanks to the ladies at TJM, Mike and Chad Harned, for their kindness, & awesomeness!!Highly recommend this group of people for all your needs!

    We rented through TJM for two years and had a pretty good experience with the staff there. Melissa and Chad were stellar! Everyone was friendly over the phone.I gave the review only 4 stars because we had some issues with pests getting into the property. Any and all other issues I had were addressed immediately. Heater was fixed, AC was fixed, any leaks were fixed.Overall a good experience with TJM and their staff :) thanks guys!

    So my wife and I had to move from Maryland to Austin Texas within two weeks, short notice to find a rental property with a German Shepherd Dog.I called multiple property management companies for help but none were willing or able to devote the speedy time necessary to help us; That is until I found TJM RELATY GROUP.First of they were super nice and patient with me. They gave me advice of different locations in the area and to my surprise, they found us a place that will accept my Dog.Customer services like that is much appreciated these days. No one seem to go the extra mile anymore to give a helping hand.I will use them again and recommend them to anyone in the feature.Thanks again guys especially to Melissa.PS: I never leave reviews but I had to make time from my busy schedule to do this one...

    Very positive experiences with TJM. They have managed our property for almost one and a half years to our full satisfaction, excellent communications with Joan and her office staff Melissa and Iven, rapid follow-up. We had a change in tenants this summer; it went very smoothly and a new well qualified tenant was selected quickly. We have another property in the area we rent our short-term through Airbnb and Home Away, and Joan has helped us out even there on a few occasions with repair personnel. Highly recommended!

    I am just thankful for TJM Realty Group. Called into a local competitor by the name of RPM Highland some time ago, this company left me on hold for over 20 minuets. I eventually called into TJM who got me squared away with a brand new apartment in awesome area. Would defiantly recommend.

    Ive use TJM for the past 4 years at two different apartments and I personally have had no issues or complaints with the way they manage the properties. Only a fee times I needed to call them to have somthning fixed and it was same day if not the next each time. Thanks TJM for the 4 great years. I would use them again if i moved back to the Hillcountry.

The office as a whole has been extremely accommodating that we might have a positive experience as we relocated to MFalls. Met Mike when he was at our leased property repairing and just experienced Chads excellent craftsmanship.     AMAZING!!! They have been outstanding for renting, made the initial process easy and efficient! If anything ever needs to be fixed, their maintenance man CHAD is TOP OF THE LINE!! He is quick, knowledgable, and always friendly! We had all sorts of lights going out because of age and he was there the next day and completely rewired them and installed new LED’s; we had our water heater get a pinhole corrosion leak one morning and he was there 20 min later with a brand new tank, pipes, and fittings! Throughly impressed with their service, one thing i’ve noticed when you rent from a company they have the owner’s & tenant’s best interests in mind!

    Our A.C has been going out for a while, and with the heat this summer it got to be unbearable! Chad came out, assessed the situation and then promised to get back with us ASAP. I was leery, but within 48 hours he had purchased and installed a brand new unit. Not only did he get the process expedited, but he installed the massive unit by himself. I am SO grateful! Thank you, Chad!
