Moving from Pennsylvania to Texas was a huge move for us and with the help of Brittney, the transition was very easy. From the very beginning, Brittney was very patient with us as we struggled to find a house that fit us and she has been our Rockstar. Brittney never hesitated, she went and looked at the home for us and did a video showing. When we did make the trip to Texas, it was usually on a holiday weekend. John went over and above for us trying to get a home in the area, but our budget and being picky had us rethink buying a home. We decided to buy property and build our own home. John was able to get us a 4 lot parcel in town that we plan on building 3 homes on. John was always staying in contact with us, although he has many other clients. I had no clue on where to even start the home buying process. I didn’t really know the area I wanted to live in. All I knew was how much I was willing to pay for a mortgage. I gave my price range to AJ and he found a new community within my budget and I was under contract within a matter of days. He has gone above and beyond to ensure the process was as smooth as possible especially with me being in a different state/time zone. He was always a text message or FaceTime call away when I had any moments of uncertainty or questions (which was quite a bit)! 10/10 would recommend.. 5 stars.. THE best!
