Thank you Tim for helping us to find our perfect home in Coppell! You were an invaluable resource to us as we tried to find what we were looking for through all the different neighborhoods in the metroplex. Tim went above & beyond what wed expect- he was always available to answer a question or look something up. As we looked at homes he had a keen eye (and ear) out for potential problems so we would be aware of the advantages and disadvantages of each home. When it came time to negotiate his expertise helped to save us money. He was a great advocate for us & we will use him again if we have to (but since he did such a great job helping us its probably a long way away.) As soon as you start working with Tim youll be so thankful you chose him.

If you need to sell or buy a house, this is the man to call on! He will absolutely walk you through every step and answer all of the questions you may have about the buying/selling process. Upfront, honest, and will make sure that there are no surprises or stumbles getting you out of or into a home. We are first time home buyers and its all very scary and confusing, but we have absolutely been kept informed of whats going on and he doesnt get tired of answering questions. Weve called him on a Sunday and even late in the evening when we had questions and he always answers or returns our call ASAP and takes care of whatever we need. We feel confident recommending Mr. Riley to everyone that needs a real estate agent they can trust every step of the process and do it with a smile!
