The Macys were amazing with our relocation! We were 4,000 miles away looking for a home at a time when housing prices were skyrocketing. Even across timezones, Phon was so great with communicating and updating us on listings. They toured so many homes for us, providing quality video and photos so that we felt like we had seen every detail of the house before making a decision. They took time to understand exactly what we were looking for and why it was important to us. Tim was super straight forward with us when it came to negotiating and making offers, and had a great eye for detail on our final walk through. We will absolutely work with Phon and Tim again when the time comes! Highly recommend, especially for those relocating from outside of the San Antonio area!

Then a few months later when we wanted to buy a new house for ourselves they found us a house that was not yet on the market in the exact location we wanted to be in and for a really great price. Phon and Tim are two of the most amazing, sweet, and patient people! When my husband and I were trying to find a home they showed us many houses, answered allllll my questions (I had a lot), reassured us, and helped us close on our home. Never once did they make us feel like we were inconveniencing them by asking tons of questions. They dealt with everything from beginning to end, and even now, a few years later I still ask questions and they are still there to answer them for us without hesitation. Bonus!! Phon and Tim host some of the BEST client events!! They will never forget their clients and make it point to always include them.
