Tiffany was an amazing agent! She turned an intimidating house hunting process to a fun experience! She’s responsive, organize, and easy to work with! She worked with our schedules and showed us a bunch of houses in a short of period of time. She streamlined the whole process and made it so smooth and quick, we signed a lease within a few days! I loved working with her because she was so patient, really understood our needs, and was able to answer ALL the questions I had because I was new to the process. I highly recommend everyone to work with her if you’re house hunting to buy or rent, she’s energetic and is there for you through the whole process!! Highly highly recommend everyone!!

I been working with Tiffany for a while with the home search. Recently closed on home with Tiffany help. Starting the home search has been a journey and Tiffany help every step of the way. It is great to know realtor has your best interest and double checks before making final decisions. Tiffany has been patient in the process and always make time to visit different places.

My husband and I were considering a move to Texas to save on overall housing expenses, and while we were visiting the Dallas area, we’d asked other real estate agents about the housing market. Unfortunately, we weren’t given too much attention because we mentioned we were in no rush as of yet and just browsing for the most part. While we knew we were not the preferred candidates for house buying, we were a little taken aback at how distant and even rude some agents were, however this changed when we met Tiffany. Given our experience we thought our inquiries would be met casually too, but we were surprised and pleased by how seriously Tiffany took our search. She took plenty of time to sit down with us, figure out our preferences, price range, what we could reasonably manage as a down payment, and then let us know about various resources we weren’t aware of that could be great help, even saying shed get us in touch with a loan officer who could further help us narrow down our decision criteria and figure out what further loans and programs we might qualify for. She even complimented us on getting started and trying to get more educated on the process. Her conversation and encouragement made us feel more confident about continuing to search despite the high interest rates and limited supply in some places. While we have not made any bids as of yet, we really appreciated the time and care Tiffany gave us, how open, sweet, and dedicated to helping she was, and all this even though we were just looking around.

I would highly recommend contacting Ms. Choy if you are looking for a realtor who will give 120% She is incredibly responsive, honest and takes the time to get to know what you need and want and ensures that she finds something that will work for you kno and in the future. It has been fantastic knowing I can have someone in my corner like her to walk me through all the intricate details of real-estate. I will definitely call her in the future for any real-estate needs I may have.
