This review is for Tien and Quinn. Weve moved from California over to the dfw area without knowing the area. We described to Tien what we our needs were and where we wanted to be. Tien was surprisingly helpful in all ways. She went out of her way to help us, always available to respond to text or call and very respectful of our time by being ONTIME. Both Tien and Quinn patiently answered all our tedious minute questions in details, they were both honest in their answers and made sure that we feel good about the how weve picked out. Everything was done quickly from the day we contacted Tien and Quinn to the day we signed was barely 2 months. There were some glitches on the lender side during signing, and both were present to help us clear out the misunderstandings. Most of the agents I know dont show up to signings, or even seeing them any other time except during showing. But Tien and Quinn was just always THERE, before during and after.Now that weve settled into our new home, weve introduced so many of our friends and relatives to them, and everyone was happy and satisfied by having Tien representing them. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.
