Found ourselves a Unicorn! After four months of living in our new home, we still tell ourselves how grateful we are to have found Monique. Want an agent that is responsive, involved, friendly, professional, resourceful, and has strong negotiation skills? I highly recommend Monique! When we met her at an open house she hosted, we weren’t quite ready to buy for another year and was just viewing. The housing market was at the top with bidding wars and overpriced homes. We had no chance playing that game. Monique had a great vibe and we left our info. I didn’t expect to hear from her so soon after because I’ve come across a few realtors who doesn’t even want to talk unless I was ready to buy within 3 months. She respected that we wanted to wait and watch the market. She would update us on rate changes. She was patient and never made us feel like we are wasting her time. Never pressured us to settle.
