Prince is amazing. My wife and I saw one of his tic tok videos and knew he was the guy for us. Prince was very communicative through the whole process. After letting Prince know what we were looking for we meet him and fell in love with the first place he showed us. Prince was able to get this done the first time because he actually listens and wants to put you in your dream home. Prince is a 10/10 and I very highly recommend him. Prince will get you in your dream home.

I met Prince Whiting IV at an open house in the neighborhood where I wanted to relocate to..... We discussed my needs and desires to sell my current home/property to downsize. His energy and enthusiasm to help me accomplish my desires was what drew me to him as an agent. My situation was a special one due to the fact I was making this move with my 92 year old Mom as well. I needed to do this sell/buy with minimal impact on her. We listed my home and he was there to assist and guide me every minute of the journey. We had numerous open houses/ showings and he did everything in his power to make the process happen with minimal impact on Mom. I am sure I was not the easiest of clients due to the fact I had done research and had a inflated idea of how this was supposed to happen. I was selling almost a half million dollar custom home that I designed. So, it had sentimental value to me. He was very gracious and tolerant with my notions. We spent countless hours looking at homes for me to purchase. That offer that suited my needs and ideas came when we least expected it, just before Christmas. When we did get that contract, the wheels were all in motion. Within 28 days we found my perfect downsized home/lot in exactly the perfect location to buy. Prince was able to make it happen with perfect timing. I closed on my sell at 9am and closed on my purchase an hour later. Began moving that same day. It was my 5th time to list and sell a home in my lifetime. However, this was the first time I had a seemingly effortless experience with an agent. In 23 years of building custom homes I’ve never worked with a realtor like Prince Whiting and The Whiting! They have listed and sold my houses in Northlake the last few years and always amaze me at how they market my houses and get top dollar for every single one of them. My previous realtor had a house listed at $689k for 6 months and no real offers. I cancelled the listing then listed with Prince at The Whiting and the first day on the market he got 765k which was 15K OVER the new 750K listing price! They created the market in the subdivision by getting top dollar, and we are now selling houses for well over a million.
