The Wethington Team is the only group to use if youre selling your house. The best communication Ive ever dealt with. It made you feel that you were in their office every step of the way. The home would have sold eventually but it is so good to have someone with experience and who knows the area for over 25 years. They know who to call locally if any issue arises. Great Professional folks. They work the business for both buyer and seller. Was always available to visit by phone or to meet up at a listing.Only down side - no popcorn or sodas \_/ \_/ at viewings - but then and again - we were not at the movies. :-)

They came to my home, took an interest in all aspects of what I was looking to accomplish, discussed such at length, and came up with an appropriate plan.A very comfortable experience, to say the least.The following day, I received word that they had already received an offer.
