Kevin has helped me buy two homes over the years and hell be my first call if I ever think about selling them. He and I grew up together here in Waco, but I went with him because of how long hes been in the industry, locally, throughout the markets massive swings over the years. There are a lot of emotions and stress whether youre buying or selling. Kevin has a great demeanor that lends well to all personality types and his communication is great. Anyone can pull comps, but its his experience that helped ensure I was making wise decisions on which properties to make offers on and which to walk away from. I also have no doubt his experience and consistency was a big factor in good faith negotiations with the sellers agents, as we were outbid in one of the purchases, but the seller still went with our offer. Kevin listens well to his clients needs, points them in the right direction, keeps you calm through a stressful process, and his confidence resonates through negotiations, to contract, to close.
