In this sale, the sellers were out of state and this did not slow down the sale of the house. Adriane was very responsive, professional, and personable. She assisted with providing other services - moving services that are not a part of her main role as a realtor; however her main concern was ensuring the seller was satisfied with the sale process. Sometimes her estimated selling price is higher than I expected which made me a bit worried when posted. But soon later everything proved she is right and I benefited a lot from her proficiency and experience in estate business.Also she is a super hard worker. Adriane and Elizabeth are everything youd expect in real estate agents. 5 stars across the bord! Our home sat on the market for nearly 3 months with our previous agent. For several reasons, we looked for a new agent and fortunately we found Adriane and her team. Our house was in contract at the 1st open house and in escrow within 1 week of hiring them. They were with us though every step of the process. We were never in the dark as they communicated everything so well. Their marketing strategies are outstanding and consisted of beautiful photography, current sales points and a wide net of listings including social media. Their team even offers Sellers home warranty for free to help with possible repairs during negotiations. Even the title company Adriane uses is a pleasure to work with. Adriane and Elizabeth provided excellent communication, diligence and follow through. If youre looking to sell your property, I cannot recommend this team enough.

Adriane is a very dedicated person, who is very devoted to completing all tasks at hand. She had put my house to lease up as soon as I requested it. She let me know about the renters who were interested in renting my house. I narrowed it down from there. Anytime that I was nervous about a situation, she would calm me down. She always had an answer to all my questions. She would refer me to different people who could fix my issues. She was a great help! I would definitely recommend her!
