Even tho we decided not to move forward with that property, he offered to assist with our search and his knowledge and negotiation skills proved invaluable. Did you know you could negotiate rent prices?! Neither did we, until the only thing standing between us and our dream home was it being over budget, so Zack went to bat for us and got the rent down to our budget!! Not only is he amazing at his job, he has such a fun personality that he turned what was a stressful situation into an enjoyable one!
