Ive known Lane for some time so when I started looking for a home I reached out for help. We spent 9 months trying to find the perfect home -- back and forth between buying and building. Lane and Bethany were patient as we changed our definition of the perfect home with each showing! They are fair and honest and listen to what you want/need. We are super happy with our home and would highly recommend them for your real estate needs!

Lane and Bethany have helped us buy several homes and well as sell some, every experience has been top notch! Not only do they make the experience as painless as possible, and trust me, there’s always some bumps along the way, but they make it fun! They’re both great about talking you off the ledge when you’re about to give up and go the extra mile to get you in the home of your dreams! I always say I’m never doing that again, but if I do Lane and Bethany are the first call!

I don’t think five stars is enough to give the Stults team! From working with Lane and Bethany seven years ago through and including this week, numerous transactions both personal and professional the only difference is Lane’s jokes get better!(I kid Lane!!!) Their service has never wavered from the first closing through and including the 30th + closing, along with 10 plus personal referrals, referrals to other agents to be part of the Stults Team and other colleges in the industry to build teams of “The who’s who” of Real Estate! Stults team is incomparable when it comes to strategies,negotiation,knowledge,and the ability to work through some peoples manipulations with the highest level integrity is why I continue to send business their way.
