Jeremy and his team are the best to work with! I told Jeremy in September I had been wanting to list my home and where my goal was to move but being in a new home by Christmas was probably unrealistic since my current home was not ready, but he said it was possible. Not only was I in my dream home by Thanksgiving, but my home was listed and sold quickly through the holiday season and he was there every step of the way when I needed him! Jeremy, you are the best and thank you for answering all the questions and being there when I needed you!! 100% recommend the Smith Team!! -

Well, I’ll start by saying I wish there were more than 5 stars because I would classify The Smith Team as a 10 ⭐️ TEAM! I lost my husband of 54 years last September and I needed to complete the plan we had started. Selling the house after 38 years and moving to a 55+ community. Thank goodness my son and daughter(in-law) referred me to someone they thought could help or at least help guide me with good advice, they were/are wonderful! The “FOR SALE” sign went up and were live on MLS end of December. Received and accepted offer end of January, closed yesterday 2/28!! They treated me like family and of course now we are. All I can say is that Jeremy Smith and the entire Smith Team are top notch. You want to know why?As the sellers, he had our house under contract in four days. You read that right. Four days! Who is capable of doing that? Jeremy Smith, thats who.We see homes sitting on the market for far too long. Do you know why? I know. Six months later, Jeremy was extremely patient when we looked at over 50 homes before making an offer.When we finally made an offer, Jeremy’s strategy seemed risky at first, but got us a better deal than we ever expected. He worked hard and sold it multiple times, with the solar lease (after them talking to the solar company) being the reason it took months. Once we decided to remove the panels, the home sold within a day....having several offers above listing price.He walked us through each step and went to bat quite a bit with the solar company for us.So thankful we used his help in selling the house! -
