    Savannah was absolutely amazing in helping us purchase a home in a new state.     This time around, I started the homebuying process without being represented by a realtor. After visiting the Zillow, I was connected to Beau. I had worked with a couple of other agents in the past but Beau was the perfect match for me! He was a literal Godsend. He was energetic, enthusiastic, insightful and patient. During each showing, he asked great questions and, even once I found the home of my choice, he contiuned to check in on me and help me work through the process with the builder. Joe went above and beyond for us. We warned him we would be picky and would not settle on a house, as we had been saving and waiting a long time to find a house we loved. It didnt phase him. We probably looked at 20+ homes before we decided on our purchase. Joe was there every step of the way and was extremely responsive to all our MANY questions!! We enjoyed Joe so much, we asked him to assist us in selling our current home. Not only did we sell fairly quickly we got what we asked for.     Just by luck I found Amie Burns of Simien Properties. I saw a home with an amazing yard on Zillow and tried to book a showing, but they link you up with a buying agent. Amie Provided me far and above excellent service, advice and guidance on the home purchasing process. Amie gave my fiancĆ©e and I around the clock service. Whether it was a weekend, 9pm at night or any other time Amie was always available and happy to answer our questions. I can not stress enough the importance of having someone like Amie who is responsive and timely with feedback and communication! I honestly felt like we were her only clients! I had Amie running around Houston for at least eight weeks showing us homes, sometimes ten or more homes in a day. I have no idea how she does it but I am incredibly grateful to her.
