The Tortuga house was clean when we arrived with great amenities such as a pool at the house, internet access, extra pullout beds, coffee maker and even a crock pot (though we didnt use it)! The community pool was clean and no one was around during our stay so we had the pool to ourselves. The private beach access and the lack of other folks around meant nice walks in the morning and no need to wake up early to stake a spot on the beach. At night we saw a ton of crabs running around while we explored the beach and surrounding areas. Overall great stay and would definitely do it again. -

Rented the Coastal Cottage 6/23/17. Best place we have ever stayed at SPI. Truly felt like home. Beautiful design, strong construction & amazing amenities. Highly recommend !!Its away from all the chaos of the island, but close enough to still enjoy all SPI has to offer.Loved the small private pool to cool off in and the extra large community pool. Kids also enjoyed the tennis courts and basketball court.Such a great quite escape, with gated security and perfect view of the summer fireworks display. -

We stayed at the Bella Casa house in The Shores community from July 9-16, 2016. It was very hard to leave! Our family made lasting memories and we are very happy with our decision to stay at The Shores! By far it is the most clean and comfortable place to stay on SPI. The house itself was pristine and made a huge first impression on us as soon as we walked in the door. We had 7 people in the house, and none of us ever felt crowded. Even our 94 year old grandmother had her own private room, large TV and balcony!The kids enjoyed the private pool. We grilled out two nights during our stay, and hung out by the pool area which was very relaxing.There are only 2 small things that can be added to the house for an even more enjoyable stay : patio furniture on the top/master bed balcony, and TVs in the top 2 bedrooms (mainly the guest room across from the kids room). Other than that, no issues what so ever!I highly recommend the Bella Casa house and The Shores to anyone looking for the perfect family beach vacation. We also loved the private beach and are spoiled now from it! We will absolutely be back for more vacations in the future. Thank you Franke Realtors for providing us with such great hospitality! -

The Brisa Del Mar property was amazing. Perfect place for the whole family to enjoy. We wanted to do a beach vacation with some friends of ours and knew we needed something with lots of space and amenities for both kids and adults. The Brisa Del Mar fit the bill perfectly. It comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 4 children and offered a little something for everyone. The adults were immediately impressed by the huge kitchen, spectacular views, and elevator to help get 2 car loads of luggage up to the second and third stories where the bedrooms are. None of us had ever been in a house that has its own elevator before so this was really cool for us. The children were really excited about the pool and loved the observation room on the forth level. They kept calling it “the tower”. I have to admit the views from up there were very nice. You get uninterrupted 360 degree views of the entire island. The master bedroom and bathroom are simply amazing. 2 Huge closets, a Jacuzzi tub, dual sink vanity, and separate walk in shower. Also, the bedrooms are sounded by balconies and windows with beautiful views so we got to see the sunrise over the ocean every morning without even getting out of bed. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Everything was super clean and worked as expected. The boardwalk to the beach is right across from the Brisa Del Mar so it’s super convenient even with 4 kids and wagon full of beach toys and ice chest. We basically spent our days with the kids at the beach and our evenings with the adults in the pool and hot tub. Couldn’t have been happier with everything. We knew the place would be nice having seen the pictures and descriptions online, but we had no idea just how nice it really was until we saw it in person. The pictures don’t do it justice. We were more than comfortable for the 5 days we stayed there. Everyone had an amazing time and we will definitely be returning next year. Only regret we have is not staying longer. Next year we’ll probably stay for a full week. -

We rented the Rapunzel, and while the house could use some TLC (but just a little! Its in pretty good condition), the service we got was great. The decor is perfect, the location is AMAZING (just two doors down from the dune walkover near Beach Access 5), and the checkout was super easy. -
