Cole McCarter was an amazing agent to lead us through the process of buying our first home! I would recommend him to anyone- he was patient, professional, communicative and responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We first had a consultation with him over a year before we actually closed on our home. Although when we first met Cole we were far out from being ready to start looking at homes, he was happy to schedule multiple check-ins during those months to help us prepare for the home search, make sure we were on track with our savings goals, and answer any questions we had. He made sure we were prepared for every step of the way, from getting us set up with a lender (who was also amazing!), to putting in competitive offers, all the way to close. Since we were buying a house from out of state, he took the time to FaceTime us in to showings on multiple occasions.
