We happily closed on our home today in Lumberton with Joshua Franklin! This is a kind person that is extremely ethical and we knew was on our side the entire time. For ever single question we had an answer within a few minutes, morning or night. The first home we had an offer on had issues that he noticed and let us know about right away with the virtual tour he gave us when we were still in California. Sure enough with the inspection report, it showed that it needed way too much love that we were willing to give it. The second one was the winner, and we are so happy to have used Josh in the process. Do not hesitate to give him a call for your real estate needs. Josh Franklin was incredible to work with as we looked for our first home. Trying to find a house that met our needs and was within budget was a challenge that he rose to. Once we did find our perfect home, Josh helped us navigate the purchase process which without someone who knew what he was doing would have been a nightmare. Laurah helped me sell my house in Beaumont while I was living out of state.Despite the distance, she made all of the process so easy and stayed on top of everything. She went above and beyond and would swing by the property anytime anything was needed. Her advice was thoughtful and helped me plan even though I didnt have much experience selling a house.She responded immediately any time we hit any snags or there were any questions and I cant recommend her enough to anyone that is buying or selling a house.
