We were introduced to the Seely Group by our close friend who knows Dallas Seely and used his company to sell her house. Best decision ever made! Dallas worked with us from beginning to end. He went to all the homes we wanted to view. Through the building process, Dallas was in constant contact with us and the Sales/Builder. There was some conflict with the Builder on several issues, Dallas was able to mitigate the problems with the builder upper management. We had tried to go with the Builders Loan Company but they made it extremely difficult to deal with. Dallas Seely put us in contact with a loan company that got us a fantastic rate and super easy to work with. When the appraisal for purchase came in, it was off than the market value. Dallas was able to get the appraisal corrected. Before closing on the home, Dallas Seely negotiated $17,000 from the Sales Group and the money given to my wife and I. I dont know of any other Real Estate Sales Company that goes the extra mile for its client, never heard from any other buyers about this kind of service. The Seely Group will outperform the others.

Dallas went above and beyond when assisting me with the sale of my home. I was going through a very emotionally difficult time in my life and unfortunately, selling my home was just one of the many things on my to do list. Dallas came in on his white horse (his trusty truck) and helped in every way possible. Even put out the for sale sign during a thunder storm. Dallas and the team helped stage my house. He was a great source of emotional support for me. He heavily promoted my house and managed to negotiate a selling price $10,000 over asking price and all within 7 days! Other homes for sale in my neighborhood had been languishing on the market for months. Dallas and his team are true forces of nature and give every seller/buyer their full expertise and support throughout the process. And their services didnt stop with the sell of my house. The team then went on to help me find my next place to live. When I was panicking that my lease application wouldnt get approved, Dallas contacted the leasing agent on my behalf and the lease was approved. If I could I would give him 10 stars and he is worth each and every one.
