    We want to express our appreciation for the Schepps Team in the sale of my mothers home. She listed right when the market changed which through some challenges to the sale.     My wife and I were being transferred to the DFW area for work and with us being new to the area (and this being our first home purchase) we wanted a realtor that was not only familiar with the different towns/neighborhoods but also someone who could educate us on the ins & outs of purchasing a house. Throughout the whole process The Schepps Team was extremely helpful, informed, and made us feel comfortable.     John Schepps & his team were amazing. Met John in 2009 and have stayed in touch all these years & he was definitely the best team for us. He guided me when needed; pointed out the negatives & positives and really listened to me when I had needs and questions about the negotiations of repairs. The Market is complicated in todays time and you really MUST have a professional like John that absolutely knows the area you are buying and the market completely! They were the best and his assistant was always available too. If John didnt have the answer or was not available, he had backup so I would always get my answers immediately!

    John, Rick, and the entire Schepps team exceeded my wildest expectations. My mothers house was listed, shown, and sold within a week of first contacting John. He met with me on the same day of our first phone call, and next day came back with an aggressive sales plan for Moms house. It was clear that John new the local market and, consequently, was able to recommended a fair and reasonable initial list price that accounted for the considerable work my mothers house was going to require. I was very impressed with his proactive work ethic and his kind and helpful nature. I liked what I saw and heard during his presentation and signed a contract that same day. Then Rick immediately started taking pictures of the house to post on the Web and begin the marketing campaign. Over the next 2 days there were 28 showings and 7 offers - 2 all cash. WOW! I never imagined Moms house would generate so much interest so soon, especially since it was going to require considerable renovation expense by any prospective buyer. Thanks to the aggressive marketing campaign initiated by John, Rick, and the entire Schepps team, I signed a sales contract and closed on the deal just two weeks after first meeting John.     I had a great experience with John & team. Our house sold in 1 day over asking & his team helped our family find the house of our dreams.     We bought a home last year in July with the help of Sara Keleher. Sara played a HUGE part in helping us work through the stressful and intimidating process of buying our first home. The mortgage company we chose had us jumping through hoops, but Sara helped get the deal done!! She even called every executive from our mortgage company in order to prevent us from having to relinquish our earnest money! Her tenacity was admirable! I especially appreciated the finesse and professionalism she maintained while trying to deal with Texas Lending. Whatever her commission was, it certainly wasnt enough for the effort and time she dedicated to our purchase. She was kind, understanding and always remained positive, yet she had the ability to be assertive, persistent and persuasive with all entities that stood in the way of our purchase!     The Schepps team is amazing!!! We didn’t plan on buying or selling but just happened to come upon a home and a deal we couldn’t pass up. Our buy was contingent upon us selling our home so we were really worried we couldn’t make it happen in time.Bryann, John and Sonia to the rescue!!!! We made an offer on a home on Monday, had ours listed by Thursday night, first showing Friday night and a great offer Saturday morning.... sold in less then 48 hours!!They didn’t stop there though... they set up and negotiated all inspections, repairs and walk throughs on both homes.
