Sam has been in the business a long time, his reputation and integrity are impeccable, and it was great working with someone that I trusted 100%. He has a superstar team, including Michelle and Alex, that are highly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He also works with some of the best professional contractors in the business, especially Abiel who led our home renovations. Together, Sam, his team, and contacts covered every aspect of our home sale from liquidating our furniture and belongings, renovations, cleaning, staging, photography, listing, and closing. Jose and Sam have been amazing to sell and buy a house for us, now 3 times... sold a house, bought a house, and sold that one... they rock... just sold our house in 4 days! We asked Jose to come and make recommendations, followed his recommendations and had 12 showings and sold in 4 days despite 7.1% interest rates the buyer had, (btw check past 30 yr average and this is average)... love Sam Team... they know real estate!

This was our first time selling a home. The Sam Team guided us every step of the way. Sam years of experience was invaluable to us and Sam’s negotiator, Michelle was awesome. She responded to our many emails and explain the selling procedure to us so we could understand it. We received weekly reports regarding the online traffic. Everybody on Sam Team did a great job from the photographer who took amazing pictures of our house and the scheduler. We always had advance notice from the scheduler, Ryan. We highly recommend the Sam Team.

Sam sent us documentation and forms up front and then visited with us to help us understand the process, so everything was ready to go on the day we had the house ready to list. The photos for listing and description were excellent, and we had 5 offers within 48 hours. Once we accepted an offer, Michelle provided top-notch service in navigating us all they way through to the closing process - she knows the process thoroughly to know what next steps are, and she is very responsive to any questions. Sam Ferreri and the Team are awesome. After ending a 6 month contract with another area realtor with few showings and no offers, we signed on with Sam to list our home. After meeting with Sam and Alex we made a couple of cosmetic changes and posted the listing. We had a signed contract in 14 days! Sam was always available to talk with us personally at any time through the process. Michelle guided us through the listing paperwork, negotiating process and final contract. Alex is great with design decor. Beautiful listing photographs. Ryan kept us up to date weekly on viewings and showing appointments. They are truly a team!
