    We had great experience with Tori from this team. She helped us identify a rental as we made our initial move from DFW, and continued to be essential to our search for a home to buy. We had quite a few boxes that needed to be checked and Tori was able to always show us houses that reasonably met the criteria. In the end, we found an excellent home and she did a fantastic job getting us from the first on-site visit through purchase with relative ease despite our many questions.

    What an amazing company. Every individual I came into contact with and had the pleasure of working with was warm, informative, and thoughtful in everything they did. Wendi and Ryan helped us buy our house in 2020 and when we had to sell Shane helped immensely with the entire process. It’s always a stressful time but working with RJF I never felt it. They would answer every question that popped into my head and led me through the entire process effortlessly.Shane would give me weekly updates as the house was selling as well as tell me every step that was happening once we got an offer.     Used Chris Melson to find our new home and he did an outstanding job. He is honest and hard working as the day is long. Tells it as it is. No beating around the bush.     Making the decision to buy a house in the exploding Austin Housing market was daunting... until we contacted the RJF Realty team! From the moment we met Robert and Sarah we received top notch assistance. Not only were they extremely timely with questions and the process of selling/buying but we felt they had our best interest in mind at all times. With their help we were able to sell our home within two days and move into our dream home a month later!     We moved to another state and left our home empty to sell. Chris and Pam went above and beyond to help us with our sale. No task was too big or small. Chris made sure the house was ready to show. He supervised repairs, painting etc. He even cleaned the pool when needed. Chris did a good job communicating throughout the process. It would have been extremely difficult to manage without them.

    Our realtor Grant Dean was recommended to us from a friend and he was absolutely amazing! Hes so kind and patient- which is great because I always have a million questions before I fully understand something new to me! As first-time home buyers, my husband and I felt protected and in good hands the entire time. In fact- we started home searching a year ago and realized quickly the market was rather competitive and we decided to wait a year to save more money. Grant made sure to keep us updated the entire time and checked in on us frequently. The second time around we got the first home we put an offer on. When the sellers werent agreeing to something, Grant fought for us and we received what we needed. Hes very knowledgeable and there was never a question he couldnt answer. I am recommending him to everyone I know! :) His helper Tom is a little quiet- but was always available if Grant wasnt. Wendi was a great help as well.     My wife and I have used Robert Fischers team three times (sell a house, find a rental, and buy our current home) and my wife used them once before we were married. Every time we have used their team we have been very happy.We started the process of house hunting at the beginning of 2015 and got to work with Grant Dean. Grant was very knowledgeable about the process and seriously considered our wants and needs as he looked for houses to show us. He was very patient as we visited each house and decided against it for various reasons or asked for time to consider it.We never considered building a house. Grant wanted to show us a home in a community that was still being developed and that was where everything changed. We started the process the next day. Even with switching to going through the building process Grant very helpful and was able to answer questions.While I know Grant had other clients we did not feel like we were having to fight for his attention.Each time we have worked with Roberts team we have been happy. I would recommend Roberts team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

    Josh at Robert J Fischer Team went above and beyond for me on my first home purchase. I didnt really know what I wanted, and Josh seemed to figure it out even before I did.     I cannot say enough about Josh Slayton. I reached out to him at the end of 2019 about a home for my parents and he showed us a few houses. But, then we had to put things on hold while they tried to sell their home in San Antonio. I felt bad after putting Josh through so much work. But, he never mentioned anything about it. However, he stayed in constant contact with me on homes he thought would be a fit. Mid 2020 we were ready to move forward again. Josh jumped right in and was AWESOME!! I have purchased about 6 homes. But, I have never worked with a more responsive and professional realtor as Josh. I recommend him and the RJF team to everyone I know that is looking for a home.     We used the RJF team to both buy and sell a house. We have worked with three other realtors buying and selling houses over the years, and Robert and his team put the others to shame.On the buying side, Ryan was super responsive and helpful. He had some great feedback on things we should consider as we looked at different properties, and during the bidding/negotiating process, his pricing recommendations were lower than what we were originally considering, which says a lot since the higher the purchase price, the more commission he earns.From a selling perspective, Robert was awesome. It is way more stressful to sell a house than to buy one, but Robert was very knowledgeable about what we should fix and what we should leave for the new owners to address. He also included a free consultation with a designer to help us stage our house. His marketing strategy was very effective. We had 20 showings in 16 days, and it took less than a month to sell our property, almost receiving our full asking price. I found both processes more pain/hassle free than I expected and was completely satisfied as a customer.

    We should have used Robert and Tess from the beginning.Robert and Team sold our first house in Round Rock - but he had different staff then and her name started with and N was not very good when showing us homes to buy while selling our first one on Green Vista Ct.So needless to say when selling our Senna Ridge Trl home we start with 2 other Agents - what a mistake.1) Agent 1 - his name starts with M was wet behind the ears in Real Estate and they had this thing where a potential buyer would want to see our home - call the number on the board and was directed away from our home to the next Open House - truly - I have copies of all the calls and text, along with emails between us and this other company. Dropped them like a hot potato.2) Agent 2 - his name starts with M as well - by this time we were starting the middle of the bell curve on selling a home - this man did nothing. I made the flyers for the house describing the hot points of the home for potential buyers. I forced the Open Houses - I forced him to do something and he was late to every single open house. And when I say late try 10+ minutes. He was so involved in his personal life that he at his advanced age (Im Advanced age as well - so I can say it). Anyway he did not have the ability to separate his personal life with his work life. They say they are the #1 Agents in Austin - that word is part of their company. He had this weird idea to drop the price every week to get people to look at it - wrong and bad idea. So once our contract time was up we dropped him/them like a hot potato.3) Robert Fischer and Tess - are definitely #1 - he has this down to a science. You remember I said they sold 2 homes for us - and both exactly within 10-12 days - they had a contract and a sold sign on my lawn.Robert was on vacation when I reached out to him regarding all the troubles we were experiencing and he emailed and texted me back. He asked Tess to meet with my husband and I - and from the moment we met her we knew she was going to be the one for us to sell this big beautiful home.Right away - Tess pointed out all the mistakes in our listing that the other 2 Agents put out there. You know schools are very important to parents and the other agents had schools listed way across town - there were about 11-12 mistakes on our listing that Tess and Robert corrected and what do you know - the home sold.We highly recommend Robert and Tess to all -Thank you for taking us on and selling our home
