Let me start by saying the Rhodes Team is amazing. In 2020, we purchased our first home with their help. Fast forward to 2024 - we are looking to expand our family and need a little more space. Adriana Kiryakakis helped us do that that! She drove “all over” helping us find the right home. She helped answer questions and provided clarification when the verbiage from lenders and title companies weren’t making much sense. We are so thankful that she was a part of our buying process!

When my husband told me we were moving I was terrified. I had postponed it for 5 years and I knew I couldnt postpone it any more. I needed to submit to my husband. He took me to the area where we would be moving and we stayed with a family member. My husband booked a meeting with Janet Emerson to view a house, I fell in love with every aspect of our prospect home. The process began shortly after the viewing and we had No other home lined up. This was the one. From the moment we met Janet she was down to earth, very personable, genuinely kind and extremely knowledgeable. Sold a home in Denton that was a rental. Worked with Jeremy Wages and his team and couldn’t be happier. This was the easiest, fastest, real estate transaction my wife or I have ever encountered and between the two of us, have sold a dozen houses. My wife actually met with Jeremy and although she can be tough to impress, I signed a contract with him, without meeting him. We went with his suggested pricing although having bought in a hot market the year prior and would be losing money. Our house had three offers in 3 days and we accepted the one $15K over asking during the tough June market. Jeremy helped with suggesting a painter thar did a great job at an awesome price to fix our renter’s damage. His team even provided a moving truck as long as you signed up in a reasonable amount of time. There were other benefits but since we didn’t use them, I can’t recall. They’ve even offered us a free Thanksgiving pie this year for being a part of their family. Nothing really having to do with real estate but nice way to express them being thankful for your business, all these months later. If you’re buying/selling a house in DFW, look no further than at the very least, they’re your first call

Erin Pickard was our buyers agent and helped us find the home we wanted! They offered us a special deal to buy and sell through them which saved us money! Once the sale is over, the service does not end. They have a supply of moving and party items that are happy to share at no charge for current and past customers such as popcorn machine, margarita machine, moving truck, hand truck, all kinds of things. We still keep in contact with Erin and recommend her highly!

I live 1300 miles away and thought Id have to travel to the Dallas area in order to prepare the house prior to listing. Jeremy Wages of the Rhodes Team went above and beyond. He toured the house, made a list of recommendations for my action to increase sale price while simultaneously eliminating potential issues that would arise during the inspection process. Professional, knowledgable, exceptional. These are the words I would use to describe Adi (our realtor). Adi really helped us through our home-buying process. We started looking in early 2022, before interest rates started rising, in the middle of a Sellers market. We were probably her only clients looking at lower-priced housing, but she made us feel like we were million-dollar clients. I couldnt have asked for a better agent! Mr. Brown agreed to take me as a client without any hesitation, considering the uphill challenges I was going to face as a first time home buyer (with limited resources). He did his research to find me a lender that would give me the best deal. What really impressed me about him was that he stayed optimistic about finding the right home, even when we were running out of options. Hes very organised and always printed out a hard copy for every home we went to tour. Exceptional Experience with Danielle Rosencrans and the Rhodes TeamThe difference between a good experience, a great experience and an exceptional experience comes down to the level of customer service received. My fiancee and I recently selected Danielle Rosencrans of the Rhodes Team to sell her 4,200 SF home in Highland Village, Texas.Danielle assured us that if we selected her as our realtor that we would actually be engaging an entire sales team. She was absolutely correct. The “team” included a valuation specialist, a marketing specialist, an interior designer, a professional photographer, an inspection manager, and a closing specialist. Every team member had very clearly defined roles based upon their experience and ability to perform and did they perform. I am a former Fortune 500 CFO with extraordinarily high expectations and Danielle and her team exceeded every expectation that I had.Their level of communication and instruction was exceptional. It started when they candidly informed us that our price expectation was far above market value. With that said, they patiently allowed us to waste 30 days of listing time while we were getting a reality check on the actual value of the home (which was 150,000 less than the Zillow estimate). Once we properly priced our home, they went into full activity mode showing our home and following up with prospective buyers.Danielle worked with us on a daily basis as we navigated through a contingent offer, a 10-day exclusive period, an inspection and required repairs, and ultimately through the final terms and conditions.Danielle and her team provided us with exceptionally great independent contractors to do home repairs, repaint the entire interior of the home and to replace carpet. All of their “referred” contractors provided very fair prices and were extraordinarily responsive to our rushed timeline to clear all inspection items.In summary, Danielle and her team anticipated every issue that arose and were prepared to keep the entire sales process focused and on schedule. From the very first conversation, Marisa was professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and a breeze to work with. In our brief first conversation Marisa presented us with some options for new builds. The first was so perfect we never made it to the others. We also had to sell our home at the time and M arisa and her Rhodes Teammates were ON IT!! From staging to completing sellers paperwork to setting up the Open House, the process was smooth as can be. When there was a hiccup with the buyer side (lack of communication on the buyers side, it happens) she and her team were diligent and stayed on top of the whole process. Their team includes stagers, photographers, notary for some paperwork (just to name a few). Marisa was with us at closing the sale of the previous home and stayed on top of the builder during the new home build. She and her team are available and responsive and always kind in tone, words and demeanor. Marisa was with us at the closing of our new home and any questions that I had regarding documents I was signing, she was there and available with her WEALTH of knowledge. For someone like myself, a first time homebuyer and no idea on how the house buying process works, Rachel Fuelleman explained in details and educated me so I can understand how everything works. It was easy finding the houses we loved but very difficult try to get a contract, as everyone else outbid us. Rachel worked fast and hard to get our home and soon after I finally closed on the home I wanted! She always gave me great advice and I trust her completely to get the paperwork done. It was not as stressful as I thought it would be because I had a great agent working for me that made that possible. Highly recommend, as the whole staff work well together to achieve your goal in real estate. I am looking forward to work with Rachel again since she understands my needs as a homebuyer.
