What can I say about Freddie Palomarez…he is AMAZING to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable about several Houston area markets and works diligently to get the best deal for his clients. My husband and I worked with Freddie to sell our Woodlands home in order to relocate out of state. It was a time sensitive and high stress situation and Freddie handled it with ease. He systematically worked to help us to set the best purchase price, get great looking professional photos and host a successful open house. It was like a 1-2 punch! Our home sold in less than 3 days thanks to Freddie. As someone who is also in the Real Estate industry (new construction), I can say from personal experience that it is rare to find someone as hard working and intelligent as Freddie. He systematically tackles challenges and overcomes obstacles for his clients. He went above and beyond for us. We cannot recommend him enough. If youre in the market, Freddie is your guy.

I seldom leave reviews, but I had to do this one for Freddie Palomarez. He was our realtor for our last transaction. Let me start by saying that we have never used the same realtor for our real estate transactions. TBH I haven’t been impressed with the work from previous agents we have used. But the moment we hired Freddie, I could tell he was different from the rest. Freddie actually works his tail off for you, he went above and beyond for us.Our transaction wasn’t easy, the type of property we wanted was difficult to find and 2020 inventory was non existent for what we wanted. Freddie was making contacts with current owners who didn’t have property listed for sale, but met our search criteria. He was literally knocking on people’s doors trying to find a land owner willing to sale a lot that met our criteria. Eventually he found us a lot that met our needs. We are very happy!Most realtors don’t put the effort into the search that Freddy did, he really impressed us. And on our next transaction we will contact him directly, he’s a realtor you’ll want to keep!

Buying my first home was a BREEZE with this guy- Freddie Palomarez ❤️Such a great positive attitude every day. Wakes up early and works hard to help people navigate through the home buying experience. Pleasure to work with and we became friends along the way. He for sure will be my go to guy from now on! I nicknamed him “Doc” bc he knew everything and referred me to the best services along the way! If you see this Freddie, know that I appreciate you!
