Great experience working with James and Ramiro. As a first time home buyer, it can be a very stressful and confusing process but Ramiro and James made it so much easier. They were both very attentive and listened to our concerns, what we wanted and guided us throughout the entire process. Repairs needed, having house Immaculate for showing and priced it dead on accurately. Sold house in less than 7 days for full price and closed in 30 days.
