Season was very professional and was always quick to answer her phone/texts and emails when I had a question about the sale of my home. She is extremely knowledgeable about setting a home up for sale, and she gave me numerous inexpensive suggestions that would increase the curb appeal and interior aesthetics of my home. My home sold for list price and she did a great job of helping my family find a new home during the negotiations of my listed home. The entire process took a bit less than six months, from sale prep to new home move-in, which says a great deal about her expertise considering the housing market during the selling and buying of our home. Season Ware was recommended to me by a mutual friend and I feel so lucky to have her as my real estate professional. At the first meeting on listing my house, she educated me on the process and potential pitfalls. I custom built my home and knew it was super high quality with many upgrades and custom finish out. I had a preconceived idea of what I thought a fair price was and after going over the market analysis, she determined the value was actually higher. Needless to say, I was pleased, maybe somewhat skeptical. That doubt was quickly erased by a full price offer on the first day of the listing. Season was spot on in her evaluation of the market. Throughout the process, option period, inspections, negation on repairs, buyer financing and closing, she was constantly communicating and advising, never leaving me uninformed or undereducated.
