Small, friendly real estate office with solid core values. In working with them as a lender, I find them to be easy to deal with, very professional and their clients speak highly of them. They are always up to speed on their transactions and know what is going on. They care about their clients and are successful at quickly finding them a home (provided the customer has reasonable expectations) , and seem to have a good pulse on values as we have not run into appraised value issues. I look forward to maintaining this working relationship.

We first met Mark LaVine when he met us at a property in Rockwall. It was the perfect property and we wanted it. He was exceptionally helpful through out the process and helped us negotiate the best deal possible (I believe). I would recommend him as an agent.
