Perry Henderson was excellent to work with! We had a unique situation because we moved across the country right when the pandemic started, so instead of selling our house right away, Perry got our house rented so we could be generating income while the world got used to the new normal. Perry is a ‘get it done’ type of person, so he also helped us communicate with the renters and get things done at the house when necessary.Perry knew we ultimately wanted to sell our house, so he used cutting-edge marketing strategies to promote our house when we were about six months or so into the pandemic. Perry used video and some clever social media tactics to generate interest in our house and it sold very quickly. He walked us through the process every step of the way so we felt comfortable with everything. He also made sure we got the maximum amount of money possible, of course.Just a note for potential buyers - while Perry is great at getting houses sold, he’s also someone you want on your side if you’re looking to buy in Austin. Perry knows everybody and there’s a good chance he’ll know about available houses before they’re on the market, which is crucial for buying a home in ATX.In addition to all of that, Perry was just a great person to work with and to get to know. He’s super responsive (I’m an early bird and we would respond immediately to my all-hours texts), very thorough, and for real an all-around nice guy. We’re really glad we went with Perry!

It’s hard for me to find the words to explain what a wonderful experience it was to live at one of Perry’s properties. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive to anything we reached out to him about. We don’t want to leave our home down here, but are being relocated for work. Not only was he a great landlord, but he truly wanted to make sure we had a great experience living in Austin. If we are ever given the opportunity to move back, we’ll be reaching back out to Perry!It would give my husband and I great relief if we knew our next landlord would be as wonderful as Perry - We can’t recommend him enough
