We had the best buying and selling experience with Monique as our realtor. She is incredibly knowledgeable and know the ins and outs of the entire process. She timed everything perfectly to where we were able to sell our home and buy all at the same time. She was great about explaining what we were doing and worked with us mornings, nights, and weekends, etc (whatever it took).I am currently pregnant with my second and we also have 19 month old so the idea of moving was stressful to say the least. Monique made that process quick and painless and we absolutely love the home she helped us purchase! She worked great deals for us on both the buying and selling side so that we were able to get everything we were hoping for. I could not recommend her enough!

Hands down the best real estate service you could ask for. Ever!I’ve bought 3 homes and have used 5 different realtors, and I am very particular about who I give my business to.Monique and Larry were our listing agents and carried out the entire transaction with minimal involvement on our end. Monique guided us on repairs and staging, and once I handed her the keys she handled every last detail of the sale so I could focus on an out of state move.The Pelham Group is truly a one stop shop - they had professional pictures done, scheduled and supervised all maintenance, inspections and appraisal, landscaping, cleaning, marketing, and negotiated fiercely to get us the best offer. The market was already slow with interest rates hiking and PCS season ending, and while I saw friends using other agents wait for weeks and having few showings and settling for low offers, we ended with 3 strong offers significantly over asking, no contingencies and a 4-week close. Closing was a breeze and arranged remotely so we didn’t have to travel back - what a relief!I would use Monique and the Pelham group again and again, and would recommend them to anyone who needs a shark in a complicated market. As a military family it was a blessing to hand over our keys and not need to worry about a single thing. Aundrea and the team at Fairway worked very hard and efficiently which made it possible to close on our original closing date which was extremely important to us. WOW! Let me paint you a picture. My wife and I are moving from Washington to Texas after 22 years of Naval Service. We researched the housing market in Texas and found we could get more bang for our buck. We were communicating with an agent prior to getting to Texas but he wasn’t meeting our needs so we decided to look around on the Zillow site ourselves. We only had a week to hopefully find a home in the hill country area and found several homes that we were interested in. Zillow listed Kylie as the agent so we contacted her via the site. After some communication back and forth with her, we asked if she could show us some homes in a few different neighborhoods. The process took a few days due to all the different homes we wanted to look at but she was available for every showing, provided comps of each places we looked at, and answered any questions we had throughout the whole process. Every house Kylie showed us, she was professional, stayed on top of keeping the communication between all parties involved, and even gave us recommendations on a plan moving forward when we put bids on the homes we liked. That in itself meant a lot to us. Kylie is exactly what an agent should be in our opinion. Friendly, honest, flexible, and the flow of communication between all parties involved throughout the process was superb. She helped us with all our of questions at all times of the day and if she didn’t know the answer, she got it for us. Never once did we feel like she wasn’t doing her job good or felt rushed in looking at homes with her. She helped us close on our home and remained in contact afterwards to ensure we were taken care every step of the way. We would strongly recommend Kylie to anyone looking into buying a home. She was with us every step of the way; through narrowing our search of on-line properties, making sure we were knowledgeable of different county tax codes, and any forecasted community developments. She was also with throughout the closing processes and most importantly AFTER the sale by helping us with everything from lawn service to property management (until we could move in.) Truly – none better.As military overseas it was very difficult to review and buy a home from afar.
