I am currently in the process of relocating to another state and lve called around to multiple places inquiring about available units, Barbi at The Park was the only person to go out of her wayto make sure i could find the perfect apartment for my family and I. She helped me understand many things in the process. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend. I feel like im now apart of the hibiscus community. Im very happy with my new home, its beautiful and spacious for my family. I enjoy my new place

Barbi is a great property manager. She really does take care of the residents. She has cleaned up the property and is responsive. Now that we have a permanent maintenance person, the maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I enjoy living here and think we are on back to being a great place to live.

Weve been renting this townhome for 3 years, and it has been a wonderful experience overall. The townhome is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, which was a big draw for me and brings comfort to our family knowing we are safe. The location is excellent, with easy access to schools, plenty of dining and shopping. The townhome itself is spacious and well-maintained. The layout is practical, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, which is perfect for a small family. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all appliances for day to day kitchen needs. Lots of cabinet space is a huge plus!I appreciate the landscaping and cleaniness of the neighborhood. Living here is very convenient.Barbi has been responsive and helpful with any issues that have arisen. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which is another big plus. The community here is friendly and respectful. Ive had pleasant interactions with neighbors, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Overall, my experience renting this townhome has been excellent. It truly feels like a home, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in Waxahachie. We look forward to many more years to come.

I used to live here at Massey Place and lived there for almost four years. The management here, especially Ms. Kim was wonderful. Whenever we had any repair or other work that needed to be done, she was very responsive and had help arriving soon.The homes are maintained very well. Dumpsters are well maintained and serviced and very conveniently placed for everyone. The pest control is done on a regular basis. The lawn is maintained and cut regularly.Also, when most of the state was going through power outages due to the deep freeze, our home was completely unaffected. I think we have gone through more than a few state wide disasters where our house felt none of its effects, and for me that helped a lot because I would be activated to respond to a lot of these emergencies, and the peace of mind that I had in knowing that my family was just fine let me focus on my job.The neighborhood is also very relaxed. I did not have any issues with my neighbors. Its a good mix of being in a quiet neighborhood, yet being very close to the conveniences of stores and services that you need.I cannot recommend Massey Place and Ms. Kim highly enough. The rent is worth every penny.

This is the absolute best place around that I have found! The apartment are very well kept and are beautiful inside and out!! Kim Anderson is the manager and she is an absolute Doll!! She makes this entire rental experience a breeze. She is easy person to communicate with and is the sweetest and kindness lady I have had the pleasure to meet. She is respectful and always has perfect manners. Like really, you need to come check her out!! She will take great care of you!! She is a woman with a heart of gold!! We just love her!!Crystal

A great place to call home! Kim, the property manager, is great! She always makes sure that grounds are well kept and responds quickly to any situation. She even goes the extra mile! The street lights were out and she got Oncor to come out and fix them! We are glad we chose Massey Place as home!

Tha manager (Kim) there is very nice and always on top of repairs with maintenance and very professional . Oh one more thing the bad reviews people are reading are from the old manager the was there 10 months Im glad Kim is back 😁
